Welcome to BraceBuddy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BraceBuddy mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Medical Disclaimer BraceBuddy is a reminder and tracking tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. Always follow your orthodontist's specific instructions. We are not responsible for treatment outcomes or delays.

1. Use of the App

BraceBuddy provides tools to help you track your orthodontic treatment, including elastic reminders, progress photos, and appointment logs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

BraceBuddy offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions and lifetime purchases.

2.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

2.2 Free Trial

Annual plans may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the annual subscription fee.

3. Your Content

Your progress photos and treatment data are stored locally on your device. You retain all ownership rights to your content. We do not host or back up your photos on our servers.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the App.
Interfere with the technical operation of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

BraceBuddy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
