How do I set up my elastic schedule?

During onboarding, you'll be asked how many times a day you need to wear elastics. You can customize these times in the Settings tab at any time to match your daily routine.

Will I lose my photos if I delete the app?

Yes. For your privacy, BraceBuddy stores all photos locally on your device. We do not back them up to our servers. If you delete the app, your photos and tracking history will be permanently removed.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

The free trial gives you full access to all premium features for 7 days. You can cancel at any time in your iPhone's Subscription settings. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged for the annual plan.

Can I use the app for aligners?

Yes! BraceBuddy works perfectly for tracking aligner wear time and progress photos. Just select "Aligners" during the setup process.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you've switched devices or reinstalled the app, go to the Settings tab and tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-verify your subscription with the App Store.
